Third time to spend with Stanley.

Today I and my Stanley went to the IHOP with my classmates after finishing the morning class, so we ate brunch. This is the first time to go IHOP in Irvine so I think Stanley also like that place. We ate a lot of foods even hotcakes with maple syrup so delicious and tasty. Before I go back Korea I am so happy because i spend a good time to eat brunch with Stanley and our classmates. In these days I am so complicated and worry about the leaving but because of this time I can releive and stress out at this time.

 Today, I and Stanley went to the elementary school in Irvine, because I had a practice time to teach my culture to the first grade. Before start the class I took a picture with Stanley in front of the  picture tile made by the students. This tile is kind of the traditional work in this school so I thought it is so memorable for my Stanley. And my Stanley met a lot of other Stanley in this elementary school because my classmates also brought their Stanley. However I had one thing to regret that I did not show my Stanley to my one day students because they already knew how to play and say hello with my Stanley, and if I introduce my Stanley to my students, I think they probably like my Stanley.

Today, Stanley chatted my boyfriend who lives in Korea on Skype. When I introduced Stanley to my boyfriend and tried to take a picture with him, he was little embarrassed. However after few minutes ago, my boy friend looked carefully the Stanley and his style and he said to me “He is wearing a Gucci belt around his waist so he looks so rich and wealth.” with friendly voice. However, I thought that my boyfriend is slightly jealous to the Stanley because right now I was with the Stanley in Irvine not him.

Afternoon Dialogue (AD)

This is good tool for students to learn real expression. This is the order how to play the Afternoon Dialogue.
 
1) Teacher choose some students and give them one subject secretly.
2) Teacher give them a short time to make a conversation immediately.
3) The students teacher chose show their conversation in front of the other students.
4) Watching their conversation, the other students concentrate that and write some phrase on their notes.
5) After finish the dialogue, teacher make students share the phrase used in their conversation.
6) And then teacher make some errors or emphasize the good expressions.
